Delivering our personal training in small groups makes it fun and welcoming. Also it is much more cost effective for you, while still allowing the coach to give each member personal attention.

Our coaches will keep you moving forward towards your goals and structure your workouts to be safe and effective for your individual needs.


Our current coaching timetable for both TEAM PT and SWEAT sessions, as of December 2025
Membership includes...
1) TEAM PT Sessions
Our signature Small Group PT session - TEAM PT! Each session has a maximum of 6 people, and is led by a Qualified Coach! They are fully flexible with various times avialable through the day! We will tailor each workout to your needs and whilst keeping everything moving forward towards your goal!
2) SWEAT Sessions
Our larger group (12 members per session) fitness classes, that are suitable for all fitness levels and Coach-led. You can book as many of these as you want and are include for FREE!
They do exactly what is said on the tin! You're gonna get a great SWEAT on!
3)Full Accountability
You will get weekly check ins with your dedicated Coach, to solve your individual needs and questions. You'll get personalised gameplans, nutrition coaching, lifestyle help and more! Whatever it takes to get your results!
4) Access to the T5 Fitness Private Gym
Access to our private, members only gym. Open from 6am-12midnight, 7 days a week!
5) Community
You get to be part of our awesome community! A judgment-free zone focused on progress, not perfection. Join our social events taking your journey with us past the gym.
