Hey, I'm Simon and I'm the owner of T5 Fitness!

 

Helping people isn't my job... It's my life!

 

I aim to keep fitness, simple and truthful. I've been obese and tried every gimmick in fitness. So, I know how hard it can be to get it right. I want to get you fitter and better at life, not just in the gym.

I have vast and detailed experienced in Sport Coaching and have coached high level athletes. However, for me, fitness and personal training is more than gaining aesthetics or lifting big numbers, and should be a focus on improving yourself both physically and mentally to be the best you can be!

Hi, I'm Emma, and I am a Manager here at T5! 

I love keeping fit to enjoy life and just have fun! 

I do a lot of work in the background at T5, but you will often see me behind the desk in reception or in our weights section (especially during Women's Weights Club!) 

I am always here to help and give support!

Hi! I am Alex. I am a Fitness Instructor at T5 Fitness, and I am a training Strength & Conditioning coach at University.

 

I have a strong interest in improving performance, increasing health and well-being of our members. I want to help you in gaining overall confidence when training in a gym environment.
