Hey, I'm Simon and I'm the founder & Head Coach of T5 Fitness!
Helping people isn't my job... It's my life!
I aim to keep fitness, simple and truthful. I grew up being obese and tried every gimmick in fitness. So, I know how hard it can be to get it right.
I want to get you fitter and better at life, not just in the gym.

I have delivered over 7000 hours of coaching in the past 8 years of my career. My programmes are results driven and unique to the individual. I love completing the small groups that create so amazing big picture results!

Hi, I'm Emma, and I am a Manager & admin hero here at T5!
I love keeping fit to enjoy life and just have fun!

I do a lot of work in the background at T5, but you will often see me behind the desk in reception or in our weights section (especially during Women's Weights Club!)

I am always here to help and give support!

Hi! I am Alex. I am BSc Strength & Coniditioning Coach.
I have a strong interest in improving performance, increasing health and well-being of our members. I want to help you in gaining overall confidence when training in a gym environment.

I am a big rugby fan, played lots when I was younger but now more involved in S&C work!
